2 questions about Custom Fields Registration Form

Hi,

 

I am using Prestashop 1.7 and have added the add on, to add easily custom userfields for registration of customers.

Adding the fields works fine, but I have 2 issues.

First of all, the newly added fields are not present in the admin side of the customer overview. They are only visible in a separate (menu) section under Customers-->Registration Fields.

I would like to have them under the regular customer page (on admin side).

Next when a customer has been registrated on the customer side, I can no longer open the customer overview on admin level. I get some sort of white page with a header 'Custom Registration Fields' and then the name of my first field. See the screenshot attached.

What could this be? I have no idea.
