roastchicken Posted January 6, 2011 Share Posted January 6, 2011 Hi I'm getting an error on tax and shipping.I've set up goods and shipping to exclude tax. tax is added later in the cart. In the cart the tax is ONLY added to the goods not the shipping !So the wrong total is calculated. Anyone else having this problem ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

abilas Posted January 6, 2011 Share Posted January 6, 2011 Hi, just seen your post and am going to apply the same.As for VAT, hmmm this appears to be quite strange as if you send out deliveries via Royal Mail they are exempt from VAT. I am having problems with the incorrect calculation of tax on shipping as well - would you be able to share your solution with us?UPDATE: I found the problem (at least on my site) - I hadn't selected all the zones under the taxes section of the payments tab.
