dapiran Posted January 6, 2011 Share Posted January 6, 2011 hello I bought healthlife theme 2 days ago from presta shop site..prestashop 1.3.4 alfa version english ..I did theme installation any error message..without problem….but I was try import dump file (mysql not accept it dump file).. ..I attached pictures here…I saw error message.. check for look and see error message.I coudnt find tutorial video and documents health life template about installations all stage…I told this error to prestashop sell service..they reply me always but only forward me http://www.templatehelp.com.. but this theme not standart installations. need to specials setting... I was search oldman author company also…But I coudnt find offical website..is this my theme design problem for only dump file..? how can dump file upload to mysql ..? i did image size setting too..but nothing change..what can I do?theme design confusedthanks for help..
