olea
The with or without taxes facility is configured for each group. In the group page configuration, you have an option to select if the group is managed with or without reduction

olea
In BO, in the customer page, you have to set the "default group" of the customer to the correct group. You can select several groups in the list, but the one taken into account for prices is the one specified in the "Default group" select line. AGL
Hi konquer247 - thanks for showing us the different images - I had exactly the same problem with the missing drop down menu. I went to the 'customer' tab and then clicked on the 'group' tab ---- and yes, just like you I only have one group, the default group. When I clicked 'edit' for the default group I found the missing 'price display' drop down menu !!I was able to change between tax included and tax excluded for the default group and it worked !Hope this helps. AGL
I also made sure the tax was enable to start with in the 'payment' tab as well as drop down menu in the individual product (second screenshot)I'm aware that's all very basic and you may have tried these already but sometimes the answer is staring right back at you !!! AGL, Thank you very much for your replies,As you have said I knew these settings. But i am still having the same problem. The tax settings under Payment tab is enabled and set to 25%and all products have a 25% tax rate in thier settings. No matter I change tax included or excluded under the default user group in Customer >> Groups, the price I display will always be Pre-tax retail price: and notFinal retail price:Any new Ideas or Fix

altuin
Hello all! This is my first post and I am rather new to Prestashop.I don't know if you are still looking for a solution konquer247 but I've encountered what I think it is the same problem as yours, as all of my prices appeared without taxes and I managed to solve it by going to BO - Payement - Taxes where I modified my VAT by checking the Europe region.Hope it helps!Cheers!
