Prestashop changes won't take affect

I'm trying to change content on my frontpage. Apparently anything I change doesn't show up on the hompage. I've tried updating the menu link, changing the content via PageBuilder. 

Caching is disabled. I've cleared the previous cache. Any help will greatly appreciated.

Disable all cache of any tipe and empty smarty cache from the Performance tab in your BackOffice. Also, dont forget to empty your cache from your own browser as this too can cause your problem, entering in incognito mode doesnt load cache (as long as you dont have the same site loaded in another incognito window). In chrome (windows), you can empty cache by pressing Ctrl+ f5 and in Mac (// Hard reload on Google Chrome Cmd + Shift + R // Hard reload on Google Chrome (Windows) Shift + F5).
