Checkout address country only as 1 country

I have prestashop 1.7, and when a user goes to checkout and has to provide an address, there is only 1 country in the country dropdown. Any ideas how to change this?

I saw this: http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS17/Countries but i dont see any countries option menu anywhere

Found it, go to International > location > countries and you have to one my one enable countries (or go run an sql query)

Hi, how are you?

Are you sure that on the tab "International => Locations"

Do not you have the countries deactivated?

Or the "International => Locations" tab does not appear?
