Invoice Printout

Hi
I hope someone can help i have been working on this for days and all I do is break it. I want to move the footer on the invoice print out up by 5 cm and add a copy of the delivery address to the bottom left of the page so i can print a delivery label.

If that is not possible or too time consuming then i could use the delivery slips but i can work out how to remove the logo from it and move the delivery address up around 2 cm

Please can some one help me im at my wits end
