polleke
I have the same experience when switching language while on a product detail page. It gives an address not found because the whole domain part is gone from the url like with hong. As with him it also affects the "Viewed products" links. This happens with my host but not on my local Xampp installation but as friendly url is working on both for the greatest part of the site I assume the problem is somewhere else ?! polleke
I forgot to add that with my host I have Prestashop installed on a subdomain, say xxx, and I can only switch languages when I add xxx to BO->Tools->Subdomains. With friendly URL activated the site works okay except for the earlier mentioned problems. With friendly URL deactivated everything seems to work without problem. This means Friendly URL is not completely compatible for use with subdomains (me staring at the rewriterules without clue) :bug: ?
Oliven
I updated to 1.1 yesterday.I had found the same truble with you.If it dosen't set friendly url to yes, it works well.Anyone can fix it? Thanks.
Roberto
I've been looking into this and I've found the problem. There appears to be a bug whereby the domain is not added to the link when Home is the product's default category.Go to your Catalog Tab in your admin page and under the product info, select the product's other category as default. Save your changes and then you will see that it's now working.Roberto
