AGOCHA Posted December 27, 2010 Share Posted December 27, 2010 Hi, I am new user of Prestashop. I just finished installing the software on GoDaddy hosted webserver (Windows). Aparently after typing my store URL, all I see is a blank white screen and nothing else. I am just wondering if anyone came across similar problem and has the solution. Many thanks! rocky Posted December 28, 2010 Share Posted December 28, 2010 I think PrestaShop has problems with GoDaddy using Windows. It works better with the Linux option. Whenever you encounter a blank page, edit config/config.inc.php and temporarily change 'display_errors' from 'off' to 'on'. That should give you an error message instead of a blank page.
