rocky Posted December 19, 2010 Share Posted December 19, 2010 This can happen when you paste the product names instead of typing them, which automatically copies the product name into the friendly URL field. In that case, you need to manually enter the friendly URL by clicking the "Click here to improve product's rank in search engines (SEO)" link to reveal the SEO fields, then enter a friendly URL.
