1.7 - Product Attributes - Stock Control

Hi,

I found a solution for this problem dated 2011, but nothing more recently.

It relates to product attributes. When a customer orders a print, on the paper size they want, they can specify what the desired border surround is. There are five options, and I have set each one as an attribute for the product. However, you have to specify a stock total for each of these combinations, which is fine, but it's the same piece of paper.

Is there anyway, to change classes/product.php so that it will reduce each of the other combinations down by one at the same time?
