[SOLVED] remove text logo

yep, new to prestashop. how do I remove the text logo on the header? I have placed and removed the "pic" logo, but nothing has changed. Also, when I have uploaded the "pic" logo it doesn't show on web.

First you have to sure that your logo name is "logo.jpg". Secondly I do not advice you to delete text because this text is for bots. But if you want to delete it, you have to edit "header.tpl" and find line 47:

Delete

alt="{$shop_name|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}"

Thank you. I left the text there. On one template the pic logo shows, then on another it doesn't.

Just found out that I had to ftp the logo and not upload it via the admin panel. AND it had to be the correct file type, .jpg or .png. Now I have it showing.
