PAYPAL Module

I get this message when I open moduel：

The following module(s) couldn't be loaded:

paypal (parse error in /modules/paypal/paypal.php)
paypal (class missing in /modules/paypal/paypal.php

I am using Prestashop 1.6.1.18, and the paypal module is v4.3.3-paypal, php version is 5.4.

Please, anyboday can help me out? Really frustrated!
