how to have a lower categories bar

hi im using prestashop 1.7 and the classic theme, i have centered the logoediting the header.tpl file with:

<div class=”col-md-12 hidden-sm-down text-xs-center” id=”_desktop_logo”>

<div class=”col-md-12 col-sm-12 position-static”>

but now the categories bar its too close under the centered logo , how can i lower the categories bar?
