Are you saying that in the "Featured products" module, hovering over the product description causes the HTML code of the description to appear in a tooltip? If so, post your modules/homefeatured/homefeatured.tpl file so I can check the code. Mine says "More" in the tooltip. I'm not sure why yours is difference.
