Paypal and Paypal API in Module tab. Which one is better

Recommended Posts

This is the follow-up I found.
Neither is good.
The good one is paypal pro module which has become free to download.

Please don't use hotmail.com account. The email doesn't arrive, as far as my account is concerned.?? (don't know why)
I will give you the follow-up step by step what I did.
Because it is really the time for me to contribute to the forum. ^^

seldom.paul, does the modle work with PS 1.3.2.x? Does it still redirect to paypal or does customer stay on your site, could not see this on the screenshot(s) on egrovesys.com. I am using paypal 1.0 API right now since the 1.7 non-API does not provide instant payment confirmation and the official paypal 2.0 does not work with my PS 1.3.2 as it does not redirect to the payment confirmation page after successful payment.

Hello, I did download the Paypal from http://www.egrovesys.com/prestashop-paypal-pro.html, enabled it in the back office; but I have not configure it with API information, by looking at it on the Front Office check out it display the credit card block on the page but the field that says Name On Card is a drop down list instead of a text field. I am still consider my self a beginner PHP and I do understand a little bit some of the code the payment.php but I can't find where to change that field. Does any one know, if this paypalapi from egrovesys.com works, I sure hope so, since this is the paypal module I am looking for. I hope there still very nice programmer out there to help us.

Thank you in advance.

I think we got to open, once and for all, for each paypal module.
(1) paypal module
(2) paypal API
(3) optional download and install paypal pro module (from egravesys.com)

Otherwise, it gets nowhere. I think prestashop receive some commission from the people to
clicking the paypal logo embedded inside module configure. So, they also need to assist us, too.
But now, my progress is not fast so please bear in mind.
