Pippo3000 Posted November 22, 2010 Share Posted November 22, 2010 friends and family,we use the merchandise return feature and I learned that returns are only possible from the customer account once an order was set to delivered. however, it is difficult to keep track when which orders were shipped and hence when they were (potentially) delivered. So, is it possible to have shipments set to delivered automatically after a given period so I don't need to worry about manually setting orders to delivered?phil Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
