Initial installation - Database access challenges

Hi
As I am a first time Prestashop user ..all is new to me.
- I have my own VPS server and have setup a MQL database for my website
- I have uploaded the Prestashop files via FTP and successfully commenced to run the installation process.
- I have succesfully reached the page the requests
1/ Database Server Name
In the data entry field it shows "localhost"
QUESTION:- Should this remain unchanged or do I need to enter the name of my VPS server?

2/ Database name
I have called my database "mydomains_jewellery"
QUESTION:- Am I correct in assuming that this goes here?

3/ Login
QUESTION:- What needs to go here? Is it my VPS server login?
4/ Password
QUESTION:- What needs to go here? Is it my VPS server password login?
