Help with bug tracker

There waa an issue and it was reported in the bug tracker, the status now is completes in v.1.3.2.

I am having a hard time finding what changes were made to correct the bug. The bug in question is #4494 - reduction price converting incorrectly in currencies other than main currency.

I do not want to upgrade just because of this, I'd just change the code. Anyone there familiar with the issue, could you please guide me a bit about what files and lines need to be changed?
