[SOLVED]I can`t upload files I have Hosting Godaddy.com and error Login....

I have tried to upload files, I follow your advices from changes like 777, GD library etc.
But I cant fix the problem

I try with...
config/settings.inc.php, as follows:

define(’PS_BASE_URI‘, ‘/’);
but nothing.. ;(


will be that I cant' upload images???

error in php.ini missed enter in this file... lol
