Setting up SSL

Recommended Posts

Hello people, I am trying to setup SSL.
This is what ive done so far..

I am using www.justhost.com for my domain and cpanel tools.
Created a Private Keys (KEY) 2048bit, created a Certificate Signing Requests (CSR).
Bought a years SSL certificate through http://www.godaddy.com/ssl/ssl-certificates.aspx?ci=8979 for pretty cheap $12 or something like that.
Sent godaddy the CSR certificate and they then sent an approval email to my hosting email address.
Verifed my domain. All was good there. I downloaded my Certificates (CRT) from godaddy and uploaded it to the server using the cpanel tools.
So now the certificate is on the server I go to the Back Office of Prestashop and turn on SSL.
When I go to checkout or go to account details in my shop, the website requests the https:// url and I get the error:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.luveit.com.

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

* The page you are trying to view can not be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

* Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem. Alternatively, use the command found in the help menu to report this broken site.

I went into godaddy.com SSL Installation Tool and went to validate my installation of the certificate by entering my website and ssl port number of justhost.com. I get the message:

Results:SSL Connection Failed!

I read this article

http://blog.rogersoles.com/2010/03/05/technology/justhost-com-pop-imap-smtp-settings/

that hosting providers might use a different port number other than 443 for justhost.com, so when I tried port number
465 i get the error:
Results:SSL is Issued by an Unsupported CA.

Please help.

Regards XXO
