Link to database cannot be established.

Hi all,

today i login to my website index.php and i saw this

Link to database cannot be established.

yesterday i move prestashop to another server and the database are exactly the same created at the new database.
anyone know what is the problem ? i try to turn on the debug but no other error mesg show at the page.

any help are highly appreciate

It means that either the database is not working, or that the settings (DB address/ name/ username/ password) are wrong.

Check that the DB is up and running (using phpmyadmin) if it's working, then your settings are not right.

Check the DB setting in /config/settings.Inc.php

i had check all the setting and DB....everything is fine....

now the problem getting more mystery....the server site and other remote pc from the hosting provider able to saw the website
but i'm not able to see it....

is weird....anyone know what was that ???

You changed the domain DNS IP? Sometimes it takes some time for registering domain DNS IP to other server. Trick is that on different internet provider DNS registering time is not the same.

i changed the DNS too.....maybe i have to wait some time....
