Not receiving placed order email notification

Hi,

I'm not receiving the email notification when a customer placed an order. all the other email nonfictions are working perfectly. only this won't work.

• I have enabled mail alerts .
• deleted mail alerts and reinstalled as well
• YES to new order in  mail alerts
• using php method because smtp gives an error when tested (Error: Please check your configuration Connection could not be established with host smtp.gmail.com [Connection refused #111])
• php method says mail getting sent but actually not receiving to my email address

 

please help I'm trying to get this done so hard.

Go to BO > email templates translations, check all order confirm template whether work fine.

Thanks for your response. i think my email translations are working fine and there are 0 missing translation. you can see the screenshots below. as per the screenshots are there any thing needs to be done?
