How can I setup a discount for all customer.

I'm worder how can I set up a discount ticket for all of my cusotmer. I've try to search for the answer and found nothing.

Any one who know please advice.

To add discount use voucher of prestashop. Back Office >> Payment >> Vouchers
Click to "add new"

Thanks for the answer, but I can creat a voucher specific to 1 customer, but I can't use the same voucher for all customer.

Any idea ?

You can choose a specific customer or "-- All customers --" using the "To be used by" dropdown.

I think it is because you have the "Qty per each user" set to 0. That means no-one can use it. Try setting that to 1 or more. If that doesn't work, you may need to increase the "Total quantity" too.

I don't have any other ideas. It's working fine on my website. I'm not sure why it isn't working for you.

I got the exactly same problem, Vouchers field just does not show up when I check out. I 100% for sure that I have enable it and also created validate voucher, please help out.
