Possible to trigger RMA request from BO on behalf of customer?

folks, is there a way to trigger merchandise returns on behalf of the customer, e.g. in cases a customer just calls and I accept the return but I want to route nonetheless the return via the merchandise return center?

No, it's not possible to do that in PrestaShop. The only solution I can think of is to use the Super User module to log in as the customer and do the RMA request for them.

I've never actually tried the module, so I can't say. Try it and hopefully it will work.

any other takers here who use super user with PS 1.3.2? Shop is close to going live (literally hours) and I do not want to mess around with a module which may equally mess with me PS installation....

so you can log on as the user from the backoffice.
