Hi I am looking for an answer.

I would like to use prestashop, but I need some information. One of my requirements is that I can have two user bases. I would like to load all of my products but some need to be only available to some users.

I need regular users
and VIP users.

Can prestashop do this? Anyone point me to the direction of the instructions.

Yes, PrestaShop lets you create customer groups. When a customer signs up, they are put in the "Default" group. You can create another group called "VIP" and manually move customers to that group. You can assign which categories each group has access to and specify a percentage discount for each group that applies to all products.
