Simon Walsh
Tell me about your TOP 3 Prestashop Accounting integration issues and help me figure out the best solution to make absolutely sure I avoid problems downstream. Ideally I want a web based solution. (If you are a vendor reading this - please DONT try and sell to me here)I have found and spent a great many hours evaluating ALL of the 'solutions' in this forum about how to keep my shopping cart sales and my accounting in 'synch' with one another. I have carefully and painstakingly looked in great depth at each solution and I still have not found the 'perfect combination' for Prestashop (I've also tried all of the 'big name' and not so well known accounting systems). I've invested a lot of time in finding and talking to a lot of people who have found solutions but the concensus is all of the 'combinations' have their problems. I just need some more input before I decide how I am going to put in place a solution that is, flexible, trouble free and reduces the workload. So can you tell me your TOP 3 issues? Can you tell me what they are and how they affect you (how much work/cost etc)CheersSimonPS: I wil publish details about the solution I finally come up with here (the why, the good and the bad)
MrBaseball34
I think the NUMBER ONE ISSUE that I've seen in this forum is problems with upgrading. It seems that new versions don't play very well ESPECIALLY if you have made any modifications to your systemWe have been very reluctant to upgrade due to this fact even though there have been security fixes.Until they come up with a different process for upgrades, they are still going to be in the dark ages.
