calicouk Posted October 25, 2010 Share Posted October 25, 2010 Hi all,this is a very general query but my client purchased a Prestashop Sagepay module for use on his site.He meant to purchase it with installation but instead purchased the stand alone option. He's contacted Prestashop through the standard contact form several days ago to see if we can get the installation added to the order.Anyone have experience with requesting help from Prestashop through the contact form - how long do they usually take to respond?On a side note, if we don't get this issue ironed out fairly soon we may have to configure it ourselves - anyone configured this module before - is it fairly straight forward?Thanks!
