how to declare new table data

hii all, my name is jay iam new wtih presta , and the smarty system..

i have created new table for contain address information if a customer like the item sent to another address,

the question is how can i declare the new table to public and can be show on tpl and the email confirmation ,

especialy on email confirmation , how the hell the data can be shown on html file , this is stress me alot

please help any body
