eduvivi Posted October 12, 2010 Author Share Posted October 12, 2010 I get the solution.The user's data should be the same in Prestashop account and Paypal account . Regarding this case, with the address and email, Paypal checks the delivery address and email. If the data doesn't match, then, Paypal doesn't accept the payment.It is my personal opinion, I have tested it, I wrote the same data in both places and it work now very well.Regards Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
