We acquired the module Web Push Notifications of the store addons and sent a message to the support on March 22, 2018, today April 05, 2018 we have not received any response yet.

We are very unhappy with the operation of the module whose price is:

Total: € 74.99

 

The module has failures everywhere starting with the links to the documentation that are broken until it is completely unusable, since it does not do what it is supposed to do.

Therefore, as a conclusion, I feel cheated by prestashop, since I have purchased a service for which I am not receiving assistance and the module is unusable.

I have opened a paypal dispute to get my money back.

 

FEATURED FAULTS:

1) The links to the tutorials, etc., are broken, does not have documentation in Spanish.

2) I have created an account in a onesignal, so that the notification button is displayed:

- in this case it is simply shown in Google Chrome, when it is activated for several browsers, but the button does not work

- In chrome when you press on the notification bell does not show the message: "we would like to be present notifications of the latest news and updates".

4) When loading an image in the image manager section shows the broken link.

Adquirimos el módulo Web Push Notifications de la tienda addons y mandamos un mensaje al soporte el pasado día 22 de marzo de 2018, a día de hoy 05 de Abril de 2018 aún no hemos recibido respuesta alguna.

Estamos muy descontentos con el funcionamiento del módulo cuyo precio es de:

El módulo tiene fallos por todos lados comenzando por los enlaces a la documentación que están rotos hasta su inservibilidad completa ya que no hace lo que se supone que debe de hacer.

Por lo tanto como conclusión, me siento estafado por parte de prestashop, ya que he comprado un servicio por el cual no estoy recibiendo asistencia además de que el módulo está inservible.

He abierto una disputa en paypal para que me devuelvan el dinero.

FALLOS DESTACADOS:

1) Los enlaces hacia los tutoriales etc, están rotos, no dispone de documentación en español.

2) Le he creado una cuenta en onesignal, para que se muestre el botón de notificaciones:

- en este caso simplemente se muestra en Google Chrome, cuando está activado para varios navegadores.

- En chrome al pulsar soble la campanita de notificaciones no muestra el mensaje de: "nos gustaría mostrarle notificaciones de las últimas noticias y actualizaciones".

4) Cuando cargo una imagen en el apartado image manager muestra el enlace roto.
