Very wierd stuff...
In newly installed 1.3.2 sample site, there is this code in product.tpl

{$product->quantity|intval}

Now, if I place a smarty debug tag in the template and check $product->quantity,
it shows FIVE.

But it shows 20 on the site. The database also shows 5.
Wonder where the 20 is coming from????

Oh, and another thing. I modified the template like this:

{$product->name|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'} : {$product->quantity}

It prints iPod shuffle : 5

Why the change in $product->quantity further down the file?

Oh, geez, do I ever have egg on my face.
It multiplies the qty by the number of combinations in the product.js file.
Bad, bad, architecture...
