kentj
I did a search in the forum but with the exception of a paid module which I would only use a few times, there does not seem to be an answer to this. I have a clothing product that has multiple sizes with different prices. This is no problem and I've managed to get these listed through combinations and with the help of a paid module, in the proper order and even to copy one to another. My next problem is, I sometimes have a product that will have different sizes at different prices, but also have a color option. Before in a simple html form, like a paypal shopping button, this was not a problem to do. However, php and Prestashop are new to me. Can this be done, fairly simply? or do I need to list each color as an individual product? Here is a more advanced schmaticColor GroupSilverBlackRed BlueSizeGroupSMLXL2XL +$103XL +$104XL +$155XL +$20For reference: www.discount-leather.net/prestashop/
rocky
Why don't you just add another attribute group called "Color" with attributes "Silver", "Black", "Red" and "Blue"? PrestaShop even lets you make it a "Color group" and then display it as coloured boxes instead of a dropdown.
kentj
Sorry it took so long. I tried to use the "color group" that was installed with the program but it will not show up as another option for the shopping cart page
hippooflove
Hi KentjPlease can you tell me where you got the module for the different size productsmany thanksBarry
kentj
I got the module to order the sizes correctly from PrestoChango for $20. Look under modules in the web. To place sizes, just used the Catalog ==>Attributes and groups ==> add group or add attribute. Under combinations in the product, just add the sizes and any increase/decrease in price or weight to each size. If you have multiple items to list, use the copy (green button with +) routine on the product to keep from reentering the sizes all over again.
