tired to see .php pages in google

I don't know what to do anymore, i only get pages indexed with category.php, product.php, etc.
I've installed the canonical url module and recreated the .htaccess file. I submitted valid sitemaps to google with the proper links. So how come they don't get indexed and these ones do? Webmaster Tools sees all my internal links like this "product.php?id_product=95"
