[Solved] Security issue, shop gives error ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I had a problem with my cart not showing correctly, it gave error ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. After reading a bit in the forum I thought that my chmod was set too high. I changed all catalogs to 755 and all files to 644. (I know that I have to change some files to write permission (like upload folders))

Now my entire shop is giving this error: err 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)

Can anyone tell me how I need to change my chmod settings?

Solved, I needed to change permission of smarty compiler in config. After this it works fine.
