B2B shop with managers acceptance of orders

Hi,

I need to build a restricted b2b shop. It is for a specific client that wants a catalog but needs control on orders. Control is stablished this way:

• There is a super user
• There are multiple managers controlled by super user
• Managers control employees orders and  can accept/deny them as well as the super user can
• Employees can create orders on certain elements that need to be acknowledged by managers OR super user

 

I am not sure how to tackle this problem, not much experience on PS, but this is a requisite for a public contract where I need to provide such a store to sell my products. Is there any module or plugin I can use that directly offers such functionality (or does PS offer ir directly?).

In a divide and conquer effort I need:

• Make shop private: not a big deal here
• Offer a super user without access to shop properties, just control people below them and create such people
• Make new orders stop until approved by managers or super user
• Offer purchase history for employees on their own account and managers/super user on people depending on them
