NoMansLand
Hi PrestaShop Team & Developers, I'm having issues with a module, I've contacted the developer and they are now saying it's a webmaster issue, i'm the webmaster and I cant find the issue. I've gone through every .htaccess file I can think of, checked the permissions and to no avail. If I goto my site and into /modules/modulename/any_file_name.php I get a 404 error, even if the file physically exists. How ever if I change it to .html or any thing other than .php it works. For example: https://tangopop.com.au/modules/totloyaltyadvanced/ajax/test.htmlhttps://tangopop.com.au/modules/totloyaltyadvanced/ajax/test.php Both files physically exist, I can confirm this (image attached, items removed for security purposes). I'm using the standard .htaccess file from PrestaShop (Generated). Thanks for your help and input.
vekia
usually it is a matter of privileges (chmods) at least one part of the path /modules/modulename/file.php has privileges that are not accepted by your hosting provider. widely accepted permissions are: /modules/ - 755 /modules/modulename/ - 755 /modules/modulename/file.php - 755 or 644 Today hosting operators blocks possiblity to run php files if at least one part of the path will not have proper chmods (by proper i mean chmods accepted by your hosting provider). the problem usually is related to fact that /modules/ chmod is 666/777 - verify it :-)
