Shopping Cart items not showing up?

I am testing Prestashop on a test domain right now, I have themed it and customized a few things but all was working fine.

Now for some reason when product is added to the cart it does not show up, even though the cart knows there are items that have been added (it totals them at the top, 1,2 etc..). See screen shot attached.

I thought it was the UPS Module I added as it's the last major addition I remember doing before the cart stopped working but even after uninstalling and restoring my old cart.php file the cart is still busted??

Any ideas? There don't seem to be any clear cut conclusions in this forum already and Google has not been my friend on this one.

I need your help Prestashoppers! Don't fail me now...

Did you ever figure this out?
I ahve the same issue following installation of the UPS module.
even on my order.php its shows my bag has 1 item, but no product is showing. and order price is 0.
