[SOLVED] Latvian Language PDF generation problem in Prestashop 1.3.1

Latvian Language PDF generation problem in Prestashop 1.3.1.

Fpdf is using.
Encoding have to be 1257 or iso-8859-13.

The symbols šāšžūņ are not displaying.

How to add iso-8859-13 encoding?

You will have to migrate to Tcpdf. Search around in forum, it has been discussed already.

I am have the same problem with Latvian language! I try to migrate TCPDF but in 1.3.1.1 NOT working !

And how you do the migration? I have working presta 1.3.1.1 with Tcpdf without any problems.

Somebody have solution for PS new version 1.3.2 ???

P.S.
I found some info about UTF-8 in FPDF
They seing just need to convert the data before passing it on to FPDF with utf8_decode($html);

Somebody know how to do that ?!?!?!
