Getting error when customer trys to check out of cart this web page come up

Internet Explorer cannot display the web-page

I tried cleaning the temp files in Internet and computer, but still get this.
ON another issue I get this same message sporadically in the back office when trying different things.

Any ideas what it could be?

I have noted that when I use another computer in the office this is not happening, but when I use this computer it is happeining.

For offline users

You can still view subscribed feeds and some recently viewed webpages.
To view subscribed feeds

1.Click the Favorites Center button , click Feeds, and then click the feed you want to view.

To view recently visited webpages (might not work on all pages)

1.Click Tools , and then click Work Offline.
2.Click the Favorites Center button , click History, and then click the page you want to view.

If it is sporadic, then it is probably an Internet connection problem. Does it happen on other sites too or just your PrestaShop site? What speed is your Internet connection? I've got a 1.5Mb connection at home and a 256K connection at my holiday house. I sporadically get that error message on all sites on the 256K connection, but not on my 1.5Mb connection.

My connection is a high speed conncection with fios download is 10.321 mps, upload is 3.624 mps, and the only time this happens is when I use the office computer in my office at home. The other computer which it did not happen on is a older compturer in the same home.
