Libra Posted September 19, 2010 Share Posted September 19, 2010 I have had a search for this problem but not really found the answer.I have shipping set by weight. I have various weight ranges set up and Royal Mail as the default carrier - that has been working fine. I now want to add another option so the customer can have a choice of the standard Royal Mail option or Special Delivery Next Day service.I have added Special Delivery as a new carrier option and added the weight ranges and appropriate prices - just the same as when I added the original Royal Mail standard service - but it simply will not show as an option during checkout.I have checked that all the settings are correct (the same as the option that is working) but it just will not show.Can you have two different carriers with the same weight ranges?
