Can't set shipping by weight range... Cart 404's?

Hi guys, I'm new ^^

I'm having two major issues.

I am trying to add flat rate shipping (most of my products are the same so the weights that are shipped are pretty uniform). My zones, countries and states are all added but I have no option to input any shipping prices! My Zone/Range options area looks like this:



See? No text boxes! I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I've followed the wiki word for word about it...

Also, when I try to test out my cart... It doesn't work. Well, let me be more specific... The entire website works fine, I can browse, add items to the cart, etc... Until I try to view the cart or checkout. If I try to access the cart at all or login, I simply get this: Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out.

I haven't changed any code since I've installed this, I've worked out of the BO only.

UPDATE: I've figured out that the cart issue is because of SSL... When I turn it off, I can access the cart just fine... However, I DO have SSL enabled on my site so I'd really rather use it than not!

Hi

Please check under Shipping, Carriers and editing your USPS. Here you should have ticks in the zones you allow this carrier for. Also check that you have set this carrier to default (Carriers, Carriers Options --> Default carrier)
