Quantity discount bug in 1.3.1

If you use the "Add quantity discount to this product" and switch to a different currency e.g. from $ to EURO it will only change the currency symbol and not the amount.

So the customers will get a huge discount if they change the currency!

Is there a way to fix this bug? I think its a major bug

UPDATE:

I found this answer: http://www.prestashop.com/bug_tracker/view/5166/ they have fixed in the SVN version.

Have anybody tried to the fix the 1.3.1 version, maybe its only a minor line of code that need to be changed?
