Strange behiviour Block Category when selecting a specific language in this case japanse

Hi everyone,

Could you please advice on what could be going on, in this site I am testing prestashop 1.2.5, if you see, the block category collapses everything when you enter the site, but in you change the language to Japanese it expandes everything, and this happens only if you choose Japanese
