adding the translation of products on an existing shop (with products) but not activating the language

My question is that if there is any way to add the translation of the products with out activating the language.

The problems is that if I activated the language a new way to enter to it will appear and google will index all that products with out content. I want to add the translations to the product and then activate it to show at same time all products translated.

You could do the translations directly on the database. Alternatively you could block robots during the translations process.

thanks for the replay but I don't really know on how to edit the database for it and my be will be a problem with special characters.
