(Solved)hi all

I am getting a strange currency in my shop. I do not know what it is. Please can anyone tell me what it is.

189,05 € tax incl.

the currency I think I have set is £.

it does appear in the back office as well, on the shipping pages.

that is some character whose encoding misinterpreted by browser. Did you copy/paste any currency symbol from a web page, Word doc etc? Give an address please for a closer look.

I have only just uploaded this weekend, so have not done anything with it yet. Shop is offline but I have opened for today just in case you can have a look at it.

These symbols are in the back office at all the places you would expect to see money symbols.

I use the symbol codes (cut and paste has not caused any problems in any programs I use, but I'm a mac person so YMMV) from this page:

You'll put that in the BO (back office) Payment, Currencies. Make sure that you use the proper ISO code as well:

They are both at the back office and front office. British pound should not require any special code as it is already on UK keyboard. Check the currencies to make sure you do have £ symbol entered there.
