Basix101
Hello,Prestashop was working great, and then.. the admin payment page went blank?I have tried over the last week to get it back with no luck.Any ideas on what has gone wrong? The last thing I did was the PayPal sandbox which seemed to be working fine. Thanks
tomerg3
Try to enabled error messages to get the actual error.Edit /config/config.inc.php and turn it on (line 4)
Basix101
Hi, Thanks...I turned "on" error reporting, but no errors are showing, unless there is an error log file somewhe
tomerg3
In that case, it's most likely a php error somewhere.Did you change any php files in /classes/ or added a new payment module?
Basix101
If I change the language to Spanish I can get the error.. tomerg3
Your host needs to, and most likely they won't.16mb is really really low, you should have at least 64...I can recommend a good host I use, in case they can't increase your ram
Basix101
Hello,Thanks for your help, it is appreciated.I am using a free host that came with my domain name as a testing site for the real thing.Any hosting recommendations you have would be a bonus. tomerg3
I use Bluehost http://www.bluehost.com/track/tomer (I'm an affiliate). They offer 64mb ram, and unlimited disk space and bandwidth for $7-$9.If you're just testing, or even once your site is live, it's always a good idea to have a local test site, you can use a program called WAMP (www.wampserver.com/en/download.php) that simulates a webserver on your local computer, you can install Prestashop there and test it as much as you want.
