Email tracking link redirect wrong in email

Hi,

we have set up the all the required infos inside the shipping setting

Our shipped / in transit email link with the code {followup} inside the email to customer is displaying correctly . However when inside the email (sent to customer) i click on the link i will get redirected back to some strange page on our website.

This is displayed in the shipping email confirmation:

You can track your package using the following link: https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?trackingnumber=2820020306909528

This link shown above is correct and customer should be direct to this link

HOWEVER, if clicked on the  link it will direct you to:

http://www.tigerbalm-baumetigre.com

This link location is created by the system automatically. How to correct it that itgoes directly to dhl tracking web page and not to our website error page
