Some of customers ask me /by phone or mail/ to cancel order and do that. When cancel order in BO all is OK, sume delited, quntity is restored, but price for currier stay here. Patric Posted September 3, 2010 Share Posted September 3, 2010 In the Order's page, below the Products table, there are two "Generate a credit slip" and "Generate a voucher" checkboxes.
