Email to customer and different suppliers

HI there,

I am planning to sell special deals on my website (f.ex. three course menu for 20$ instead of 40$) and I want both - the customer and in this case the restaurant - to recieve an order confirmation by email. The problem is that there will be many deals from different restaurants. So I would need to have a system where, when someone buys a deal from restaurant A, that only restaurant A will be informed and not B or C.

Any ideas???
